· Administrative Charge surcharge

· All applicable taxes associated with the above charges

If you port your number to another wireless carrier within 30 days of activation, it may take up to 60 days for all Test Drive credits to appear on your account. Any credit balance will be refunded to you within 4–6 weeks.
